Alta Community Enrichment

The Alta Gala is a yearly collaborative fundraiser for ACE, Friends of Alta and Alta Historical Society. The goal is not only to raise money for these 501(c)3 non profits in Alta but to raise awareness of the arts, environment and history of Alta.

The 2008 Alta Gala was held on March 29th at the Alta Peruvian Lodge, raising a total just over $19,000 for the three non-profits. The attendees enjoyed live jazz, dancing, martinis and a wonderful silent auction. Food was created by Just Me Catering, Julie Keller, the chef donated her time. Special thank you to our 6 piece live jazz esemble, to Scott Zenko for being a great emcee, to volunteers who served the food, poured the drinks and shook the martinis.
