Come learn about why knees & skis can often butt heads!
This class will cover the most common knee injuries that occur on the mountain; everything from muscle strains to ACL tears. Basic anatomy and knee joint mechanics will be alluded to, and many tips for preventing and recovering from these injuries will be highlighted. Continue to strengthen and train your body for ski season!
