Knees & skis: friends or foe? 

This class will cover the most common knee injuries that occur on the mountain; everything from muscle strains to ACL tears. Basic anatomy and knee joint mechanics will be alluded to, and many tips for preventing and recovering from these injuries will be highlighted. Come learn about performance enhancement and overall wellness from Alta local Shelby Harris!
