Join Ellyn Zografi, LMFT, once a month following our Yoga in the Mountains for a workshop on Writing for Healing, Emotional Balance and Self-Awareness. This class will be held on the last Monday of the month each month.
Putting pen to paper offers a way to release thoughts, feelings and emotions that may be overwhelming us. Learn easy to do tools through writing that help heal and regain balance when confronted with conflict or dilemmas. Expand understanding of self in order to have healthy and compassionate responses to your feelings.
