Yoga in the Mountains

This one hour class, taught by Marie Heywood will provide a breath to movement flow accompanied with meditative poses that will stretch and strengthen, uniting mind, body, and spirit. Some mats provided. 

UDOT construction in Little Cottonwood Canyon Monday - Thursdays from June through September.  Please plan accordingly to arrive on time at events.
